Banking institutions and multi-national organisations constitute a large percentage of our client base with a substantial number of these being overseas clients.

Our objective is to assist our clients in resolving their dispute in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. To this end, we also have considerable experience in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) including arbitration and mediation. Disputes do not always need to be resolved in a court of law and we encourage our clients to consider ADR options where possible

This is especially important in light of the increasing trend to include arbitration clauses in contractual agreements as parties recognise the benefits of ADR which include reduction in costs of the dispute, privacy, avoidance of delays and protection of the business relationship.
