Solomon is a progressive professional and a certified associate of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators (NICArb) with vast litigation experience having gone through a series of trials, appeals and arbitration proceedings to secure judgments from the High Court to the Court of Appeal in the interest of clients ranging from the Enforcement of Fundamental Rights, Recovery of Premises, Declaration of Title to land, and Rights, Breach of Contract and Debt Recovery.
Over the years, Solomon has been involved in the registration and floating of local and foreign businesses, advised them on the legal risks associated with their operations, conducted due diligence on their various acquisition of properties, drafted numerous agreements to suit their business needs and represented them in alternative dispute resolution proceedings as well as advised corporate clients on the compliance with Data and Privacy laws in Nigeria. He is also at the vanguard of emerging areas of law and technology such as Data Privacy and Protection and Artificial Intelligence.
