Arit is a qualified legal practitioner licensed by the Nigerian Bar Association. She is also a qualified Chartered Secretary and governance/compliance professional.

Arit has extensive experience providing both legal and compliance services within a variety of industries including oil, gas, electricity, media, and insurance, gained in the UK and Nigeria. Arit is also passionate about gender and ethnic equality. She is the Chair of the Cultural Awareness Network at Chubb Europe and Treasurer of the Oron Development Union, UK&I.
