He has worked in a variety of fields and obtained extensive legal experience while working for close to 10 years as an Associate in a top tier law firm in Lagos. He is a passionate advocate and has held a number of senior legal positions including Company and Legal Adviser at a Nigerian downstream public quoted company.

Aderemi is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the International Bar Association, Advocates International and an active member of the International Law section of the American Bar Association. He is listed in the 2015 Who is Who Legal directory as a leading legal practitioner, one of 54 Nigerian legal practitioners on the list.

Aderemi regularly provides corporate investigation and business intelligence reports on the reputation of Nigerian companies / individuals on multi-jurisdictional issues for major consulting organisations across the globe, particularly the United Kingdom. He has carved a niche for himself as a negotiator of wide-ranged contractual / concession agreements with a knack for commercial government instruments.

He led a team in advising the Nigerian Ministry of Petroleum Resources on legal and franchise agreements for the implementation of the Nigerian Gas Master Plan. He was specially invited by CWC (UK) Limited to the Gulf of Guinea (Oil & Gas) conference in November 2010 where his paper presentation on ‘The Institutional framework under the Petroleum Industry Bill’ was well received by the international community in London, United Kingdom.
