The law firm Oguntoye & Oguntoye was founded in 1949 by the late Chief David Ojo Abiodun Oguntoye of the Middle Temple and Nigerian Bar – the Legiri of Imesi-Ile.

He established the Firm with his wife, the Honourable Justice Dulcie Ethel Adunola Oguntoye, OFR (Rtd.), also of the Middle Temple and the Nigerian Bar.
